MeSign are a Deaf led North-East organisation and we are British Sign Language (BSL) users ourselves. MeSign is well placed to understand the needs of Deaf people and the need to bridge the communication gap in order to achieve an equal and inclusive relationship for Deaf and hearing people. Established in 2012, MeSign has been involved in British Sign Language (BSL) training and learning for over 25 years. Providing high quality, tailor-made training courses and specialist support to meet the requirements of people learning BSL for family, work, pleasure or other reasons in the North East of England. Our Courses are carefully designed to reflect the specific requirements of each student – level, needs, time available, interests and learning styles. We specialize in one-to-one and small group BSL training for family, parent's of Deaf child/ren; for business people, busy individuals who need language skills for work, travel and family needs; for children – learning for fun, school or other reasons;. Courses are intensive, hands-on, interactive, filled with practice sessions and they are professionally delivered by highly qualified and experienced Deaf teachers that aim at rapid and effective communication in BSL. Offering valuable insights into Deaf culture, and support on a personal level. We offer complete flexibility to meet busy schedules. Services can be arranged at a time and a place to suit our clients, including early mornings and weekends.
