WE'RE OPEN FOR ENTRIES: We're back with the 11th edition of our award-winning nature-themed art competition - now bigger, bolder, and for the first time ever...GLOBAL! So young artists and/or nature lovers, get your art supplies ready to show the world the beauty of our planet's biodiversity - your creativity could make a global impact. See link in our bio for more details, but in summary: WHO: Kids and teens, ages 3 to 18, from around the world! WHAT: Create an artwork that showcases your local biodiversity. All art forms are welcome - paintings, drawings, etchings, screen prints, collages, sculptures, etc. WHEN: By 1st of June 2025. HOW: Submit your artwork and entry form via email or our online form (details on our website) Winning artworks will be turned into postcards. Plus, more exciting prizes will be revealed soon - stay tuned! Our panel of judges consists of scientists and artists so they aren't just looking for artistic talent, they're on the hunt for unique perspectives and spirited depictions of biodiversity. **** About us: Founded in 2016, the Wild Postcard Project is a small volunteer-run, non-profit social enterprise, with a big mission to spark curiosity about biodiversity in people across the globe. Our mission is to bring biodiversity into people's lives in unexpected, magical, and thought-provoking ways. We aim to spark curiosity, inspire compassion, and ignite the desire to protect nature – ultimately slowing biodiversity loss. Our approach is inspired by the words of Jane Goodall, who said: "Only if we understand, will we care. Only if we care, will we help. Only if we help, shall all be saved."
