ACCADEMIA ITALIANA DJ™ was founded in Florence (ITA) in 2009 by Maurizio Iamartino, an Italian artist and music entrepreneur, known as one of the major electronic music experts. ACCADEMIA ITALIANA DJ™ is undoubtedly a creative laboratory. Accademia's training sessions are complete and consists of a basic and an advanced level of DJ courses, a Producer course, the masters called "Accademia 2.0″ dedicated to music professionals that want to improve a specific knowledge and the "7DaysWorkshop" in the fabulous Balearic Islands of Ibiza, Pag and Malta. All the courses will give the future artist the necessary tools for real knowledge of this job in order to provide the abilities to work in a club and in the music production business. Today ACCADEMIA ITALIANA DJ™ is a reality in 16 different cities: seven are in Italy (Rome, Milan, Florence, Bologna, Turin, Catania and Venice), two in Spain (Barcelona and Ibiza), two in Switzerland (Zürich and Locarno), one in Germany (Berlin), two in Brasil (Rio de Janeiro and Balneário Camburiú), one in Croatia at Pag Island and one in Malta. All these things have been made possible thanks to the collaboration with major international artists and certified technicians. The Accademia instructors are carefully selected for their long experience and their communication skills.
