Alfred K. O'Hare & Co Ltd. was founded by the late Mr. Alfred K O'Hare on the 27th of October 1960. Alfred was an entrepreneur and businessman who believed he could improve the service to various industries. Alfred built Alfred K. O'Hare & Co. Ltd. on two strong principles of quality and service. It is these fundamental principles that have resulted in a third generation joining the family business in 2009 and the celebration of 50 Years in business 2010. Alfred K. O'Hare & Co. Ltd was originally based in Queen Street Dublin 7. Due to limited warehousing capacity, a larger property was sought and in 1982 Alfred K. O'Hare & Co. Ltd relocated to Inchicore Dublin 8. In 1982 the new premise was burnt to the ground only months after they got the keys, nearly forcing closure. Alfred K. O'Hare & Co. Ltd through resilience and persistence failed to cease trading and begun rebuilding the company from its very foundations. This resilience and persistence coupled with the fundamental principles enabled Alfred K. O'Hare to re-build itself. In 1999 Alfred K. O'Hare & Co. Ltd. relocated to a bigger warehousing facility staying within the same business park to its current location, Unit 9. Alfred K. O'Hare & Co. Ltd has been innovators in the area of customer relation since the late 1950's early 1960's. Founder Mr. Alfred K. O'Hare believed strongly in quality of service and product.
