Ampligo is a broad-spectrum insecticide designed for agricultural pest control. It features two active ingredients, Chlorantraniliprole and Lambda-cyhalothrin, which work together to effectively manage a variety of insect pests. Chlorantraniliprole targets insect muscles to induce paralysis, while Lambda-cyhalothrin disrupts the nervous system, ensuring rapid knockdown and extended residual control. Formulated as a suspension concentrate or ZC formulation, Ampligo provides enhanced stability and coverage on crops. It is effective against pests such as caterpillars, aphids, thrips, and whiteflies, and is suitable for use on crops like cotton, rice, maize, and vegetables. Ampligo is available in various pack sizes, including 100 ml, 1 litre, and 5 litres, and is applied based on crop type and pest pressure. The product has a pre-harvest interval of about 3 days and a shelf life of at least 2 years when stored properly. Ampligo is marketed to farmers and agricultural producers in countries like Kenya, New Zealand, Zambia, and India, providing them with a reliable solution for pest management to enhance crop health and yields.
