BaseTec Specialist Construction Supplies is a proudly independent and family-owned and run business, specialising in the supply and distribution of waterproofing, damp proofing, structural repair and other specialist construction products. Our goal is to get the right products to you, as quickly as possible, and at the right price. PRODUCT RANGE Independence is one of our greatest strengths, enabling us to work directly with many of the leading construction brands and manufacturers across the UK and Europe, sourcing and stocking a wide choice of high-quality and cost-effective products for your requirements. From building membranes, concrete repair, roof waterproofing, and flooring products, to ground gas protection, sealants and adhesives, structural waterproofing systems, and specialist tools, alongside many other products. DELIVERIES Convenience and speed of delivery are at the heart of what we provide, so our own fleet of delivery vehicles operates out of our two distribution centres in Kent and Yorkshire, providing a next-day service on as many deliveries as possible. From our head office in Kent, we are ideally located for quick and easy deliveries into London and the Home Counties, and from our Northern Distribution Centre in Leeds the BaseTec vans can deliver across Yorkshire and the North-West. Where it is not always possible to deliver via our own van fleet, we also utilise our partnerships with national couriers and the biggest construction product brands in the UK, in order to deliver to you as effectively and efficiently as possible.
