We started our journey November 2017 as Spearline Risk and Compliance. Our goal was to create a world class software solution to simplify GDPR compliance and work with some of the world's leading organisations on their Data Privacy Programmes. We achieved this and along the way secured some incredible customers who have trusted us with their Data Privacy journey. In July 2019 we were acquired by Algo Data Group. Algo Data Group lead by CEO Allen Beechinor, is one of the leading experts in AI Solutions, We are currently undergoing a rebrand to Beacon AI. This acquisition allows for the integration of Algo's AI intelligence with Beacon's sophisticated front end workflow and merges Algo's impressive technological expertise with Beacons' team of Privacy experts. Joining Algo Data Group will allow Beacon AI to offer the only front to back privacy compliance technology suite available on the market for today's enterprise organization.
