Working with some of the best schools in the world, Accredited World Class Schools, we devised a framework of characteristics for primary, secondary, special and international schools. This framework to improve pupil skills and characteristics is now available to all schools through BeWorldClass. Before the release of ChatGPT, employers stated that for 75% of jobs in the UK filled by 16 – 23 year olds, skills and characteristics were more important than qualifications in determining whether the individual got the job or not. AI will only increase this trend. BeWorldClass prepares students for a job market which is focused more and more on how the individuals present themselves in terms of skills and competencies.
