In Breederplants we protect and promote new plant varieties. To our customers we offer the following service: - determine the market value of new varieties. - apply for the grant of Community property rights or for the issue of a patent on your behalf. - provide testing of plants in various cultivation conditions. - pass plants to selected producers for their multiplication. - promote new varieties. - collect license fees. - control the production in terms of illegal cultivation. Breeders create new varieties of plants as a result of long-term, hard work. To protect the results of this work, a special Community Exclusive Variety Right (CPVR) was created. According to this law, you, as the breeder, grant permission to propagate your varieties. You also determine the amount of the licensing fees that other breeders must pay in your favor. All these activities - registration, licensing, collection of fees are very time-consuming. As a nursery, grower, and plant producer, you have many other important responsibilities related to your main business. The protection of one's own varieties usually is of secondary importance. That is why we founded Breederplants. We want to relieve you of organizing all administrative formalities. We follow all changes in the law on an ongoing basis and ensure the proper protection of your rights.
