Founded by members of the digital sector, it aims to create collaborative spaces that foster growth and innovation, building on the legacy of previous initiatives like Web à Québec and Semaine numériQC. The organization focuses on gathering and equipping digital communities through various activities. It hosts significant events, such as "Rendez-vous numérique," featuring over 60 conferences on diverse themes, and "Interface - Québec," a key event designed for the community. Capitale Numérique also provides meeting spaces and learning opportunities to encourage idea generation and connection among individuals and organizations. Additionally, it offers resources and tools to aid the development of the digital sector. With 2,500 participants and 950 companies engaged in its activities, Capitale Numérique plays a vital role in positioning Quebec as a technology hub, contributing to an economic impact of 1.5 million dollars.
