CARS OnDemand CARS OnDemand provides access to hundreds of automotive technical and business-related training programs - streamed directly to you over the Internet. CARS courses are video-based lessons, offering aftermarket technical training in all makes and models. Our programs include domestic and imported automotive training, small business management, and light, medium and heavy duty truck training. Our lessons are presented by licensed technicians, working with the same vehicles arriving at your service facilities today. Participate in over 400 training programs at a schedule that best meets your needs - at the shop, at home; on a desktop PC, a tablet or a smartphone. Training lessons are presented as video-based instruction. All lessons include supplementary training materials, including Student Learning Guides and Exams that augment the learning experience. CARSability CARSability is a tool designed for identifying a technician's strengths and assess areas for improvement within 36 automotive occupations. Participants complete a comprehensive online assessment by answering a series of questions based on various topics in a selected occupation. Results are available instantly and provide detailed insights into a participant's skills gaps. Participants can work at their own pace - assessments can be stopped and resumed at any time, allowing. staff to participant even in a busy shop environment. CARSability integrates with CARS OnDemand to provide custom training suggestions based on a participant's individual results. Once an assessment is completed and skills gaps are identified, a list of recommended training is provided.
