La storia del caseificio La Baronia comincia il 19 febbraio 1990, giorno in cui i cugini Luca e Alfonso Cutillo danno vita all'attività casearia seguendo gli antichi canoni di produzione. Da circa 30 anni, il latte di bufala raccolto in questi luoghi, in un'area collinare della provincia di Caserta in Campania denominata alto casertano, ai piedi della dorsale del monte Maggiore, trasferisce nei nostri prodotti il profumo e i gusti della natura, donando sapori unici e genuini capaci di rispondere pienamente ai dettami del D.O.P. di cui fanno parte. La qualità e salubrità dell'aria, i sali presenti nel terreno in una zona priva di insediamenti industriali ed il vento favorevole, identificano l'origine e la genuinità della materia prima di cui ci serviamo per la nostra produzione. The history of the cheese factory La Baronia begins on February 19 th 1990, the day when the cousins Luca and Alfonso Cutillo give life to a dairy production following the ancient canons. For nearly 30 years, the buffalo milk collected in these places, in a hilly area of the province of Caserta in Campania called north of Caserta, at the foot of the ridge of mountain Maggiore, gives to our products the smell and taste of nature, leaving unique and genuine flavors able to fully respond to the dictates of the D.O.P. which they belong to. The quality and clean air, the salts present in the soil in an area free of industrial settlements and the favorable wind, identify the origin and authenticity of the raw material that we use for our entire production.
