Centro de Formação JAP (CFJAP) is a certified training entity that began operations in 2020 as part of Grupo JAP, a well-established name in the automotive and mobility sector. CFJAP was created to manage training and professional development for thousands of employees within the group, which represents 17 automobile brands and operates numerous sales and repair points. CFJAP offers a variety of professional training services, including youth qualification programs equivalent to 12th-grade education, modular training courses in various fields, and apprenticeship programs for young individuals. The center focuses on technical and personal skills development through the JAP Academy and provides training in workplace safety, onboarding, and emotional management. Notably, CFJAP features three primary apprenticeship courses in Automotive Mechatronics, Automotive Sales, and Automotive Repair and Bodywork, each lasting three years.
