Champagne Brimoncourt is a boutique champagne producer founded in 2008 by Alexandre Cornot in Aÿ, Marne, France. The company revived a historic champagne label, releasing its first vintage in 2013. Cornot's vision was to celebrate champagne as a joyful wine, moving away from formal exclusivity. The production facility is located in a former printing works built in 1883, preserving its heritage while transitioning to champagne production. Brimoncourt emphasizes "joyful elegance," combining sophistication with a relaxed approach. The house offers four champagne expressions: Brut Régence, Blanc de Blancs, Brut Rosé, and Extra-Brut, known for their light, fresh character and fine bubbles. Grapes are sourced from premier terroirs, and the blending process is overseen by Chief Oenologist François Huré. Brimoncourt also provides visitor experiences and tastings at its Aÿ location, including a Masterclass Food & Prestige Champagnes event. The company has expanded internationally, reaching champagne enthusiasts in various markets, with annual sales reported at $4.27 million.
