Our transformative breathwork journey begins with the infusion of ceremonial-grade Cacao to awaken your heart and soul. I will explain the techniques and what you might feel during the session. Moving into the active breathing phase, I will help you open up on all levels, clearing your body, heart, and mind. The session is accompanied by the powerful rhythm of a drum, adding depth to your experience. In addition to breathwork, our session integrates the healing energy of Reiki, further enhancing the transformative journey. The gentle touch of Reiki contributes to the overall sense of balance and well-being, harmonizing the energy flow within. Breathwork is a unique and experiential practice – it feels different for everyone and changes each time you do it. But one thing is certain: you'll leave feeling completely different than when you started. Following the active breathing and Reiki infusion, I will extend a warm welcome with a calming tea, creating a space for you to settle in and share your unique experience with the group. This fusion of breathwork, Reiki, Cacao, and drumming introduces a heightened level of clarity, heart expansion, and rejuvenation.
