Since 1970, Classic Rock 101 has been Vancouver's classic rock radio station. Classic Rock 101's mission is to play the greatest rock ‘n' roll of all time from artists such as The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones, Supertramp, The Police, U2, The Guess Who and more. With a signal spanning north to Whistler and the North Shore Mountains, and all the way south to the American border, Classic Rock 101 reaches a widespread audience of listeners from all corners of Vancouver and beyond. Classic Rock 101 targets a largely male 25 to 54 demographic by playing the best music from the ‘60s, '70s and '80s and the finest newer music from classic rock artists. Between the records, Classic Rock 101 features a team of veterans with pride and passion for rock ‘n' roll and the artists who created it: Bro Jake, Mike Reno and our new Rock 101 Girl Alece in the morning; The Electric Lunch host Robin LaRose middays; and veteran broadcaster Dean Hill hosting the drive home and Joanne Wilder at night.
