We are a Wellbeing and Mental Health consultancy service, providing a range of services aimed at increasing the wellbeing, performance and achievement of your teams. Our ethos is to take a holistic approach to wellbeing, using a range of modalities, methods and tools aimed at supporting organisations, communities and individuals to achieving their wellbeing goals. We have a range of services aimed at supporting organisations to support the wellbeing of their teams, including: - Consultancy services – We will work with your teams to develop and embed a wellbeing strategy and relevant policies and processes, ensuring this meets your organisational goals and fits with your unique culture and values. - Training: We offer a range of wellbeing and mental health sessions, ranging from mental health awareness, stress management, menopause awareness, men's mental health, everyday mental health, etc. All these sessions are available as 90 minute awareness session, or as mores in-depth half day sessions, and can be delivered online or as a classroom session - we will work with you to ensure all sessions are tailored to suit your needs. - Manager development: We will develop an programme of support bespoke to your managers, ensuring they are have a deep understanding of their role within the wellbeing agenda, and are fully confident in supporting their team members.
