Das Wort Kartell ist erstmal negativ belegt. In einem Kartell werden aber auch viele positive Eigenschaften gepflegt. Niemand wird alleine gelassen. Jeder hält für den anderen den Kopf hin. In einem Kartell ist man eine Familie. Die Familie ist für mich mein großes berufliches Netzwerk, welches ich nutze um meine Jobs über meine Fähigkeiten hinweg zu realisieren.
