DEPOT PARTS, importer and distributor of original spare parts CATERPILLAR®, with our main export operation of spare parts in Miami, mainly supplies the Mining market in CHILE, for which we understand the importance and value of the actual delivery time of each piece offered in the operations of our clients. Our main proposal that gives added value to DEPOT PARTS, are the times of answers and delivery of the aforementioned supplies, we always work looking for the best alternative for our mining clients with the main objective of maintaining 100% operating the mining equipment, improving the availability of the same in the operation center of the company, we make air shipments to minimize the delivery times and we offer alternatives (USED, REMAN, ALTERNATIVE OR COMPLETE ASSEMBLY OF INDIVIDUAL COMPONENTS) when the required products present Non-Stock condition by part of CATERPILLAR®. Thanks to our wide range of logistics providers we are able to respond in a timely manner in terms of 5-12 business days per stock of spare parts and components in CHILE.
