Artisan distillateur exigeant et opiniâtre, j'ai fondé la Distillerie HEROULT en 2019 après six années de préparation. Installé à Quimperlé, dans le pays des rias, la distillerie propose une gamme de spiritueux premium et des arômes spécifiques ou originaux pour une dégustation harmonieuse et puissante. Chaque bouteille est une invitation au voyage, une véritable expérience sensorielle. Des produits exceptionnels, tel mon Gin Avis de Tempête ont été médaillé d'argent à World Gin Awards et élu Best Of 2022 par Gourmet Sélection.
