Folly Coffee Roasters is a small batch, craft coffee roaster based out of St Louis Park, MN. Launched in January of 2018, Folly Coffee focuses on a rotating selection of single origin specialty coffees, bringing out the natural flavors of high end beans. Folly aims to take the pretentiousness out of specialty coffee and introduce as many people as possible to the incredible range of flavors found in specialty coffees, instead of the burnt bitter stuff people are used to.
