GigaCrete is a next generation ‘green' building materials company with products that truly push the building envelope on performance and sustainability. GigaCrete is a market leader in the quest to innovate more durable and higher-performance construction products for builders, architects, and contractors. The company launched its world's first interior PlasterMax abuse resistant coating in 2008 aimed squarely at the ICF industry to replace gypsum board/drywall as a fire- resistant and code approved replacement. PlasterMax is the interior coating and is an alternative to drywall over insulated concrete forms and will not support the growth of mold and mildew. We are the first non-combustible fire rated product to replace drywall over foam, utilized in educational, religious, residential and commercial installations. StuccoMax our exterior coating is the replacement for traditional stucco or EIFS. Our product is totally waterproof and offers resistance to extreme weathering unlike EIFS. One single coat is applied directly over the EPS foam with a fiberglass mesh embedded and then covered over giving about 3/16″ to 1/4" finished thickness, and completed all at the same time making the installation much faster. BallistiCrete is the bullet-resistant plaster that is applied as an interior coating over many substrates like gypsum board, cement block or foam based products. BallistiCrete has passed NIJ Level III (5) AK47 7.62 shots and NIJ Level IV Armor piercing .30 caliber and is accepted internationally and domestically as a bullet resistant coating.
