GreenLight Collectibles, founded in 2002, is a premier manufacturer and marketer of officially licensed, authentic model cars, replica figures, accessories and dioramas. Throughout the last seventeen years a lot has changed in the toy and collectible markets. Mergers and acquisitions, the Great Recession, a rapidly evolving China manufacturing landscape, companies folding and new companies emerging. GreenLight has evolved throughout the years from a start-up company replicating race cars and pace cars for the Indianapolis Motor Speedway to a firm focused on dynamic growth, extensive license acquisition from the biggest and best in entertainment and the acquisition of brands at opportune moments; all while continuing to focus on our original goal of producing authentic, highly detailed replicas that would catch the eye of the collector and find their way into the homes of model car enthusiasts around the globe. In recent years GreenLight has twice been honored as a "Fast 25" company in the State of Indiana, as one of the 25 fastest growing private companies in our region. We've been privileged to bring some of great model car brands into our company portfolio during the last several years, adding GMP, First Response Replicas, Highway 61 and Precision Miniatures – rebranded as Precision Collection – to the GreenLight stable. We're excited to see what 2019 brings with the introduction of several new and exciting product lines that that are bound to excite. We're optimistic for the new year and look forward to producing the best range of die-cast model cars we're capable of offering, while keeping our collective ear to the ground for new and exciting opportunities to continue growing the market for vehicle replica enthusiasts worldwide!
