About the Founders: From launching fitness challenges and lifestyle blogs, to investing in personal development centered on wellness and healthy living, Ayesha and La'Keisha, founders of Hive Vibes Group Fitness, have always found ways to build community and help other women put themselves first! Ayesha is a certified Mixxedfit instructor and the first (and only) in the state of New Jersey, and La'Keisha earned her "Wellness Coaching" certificate from Cornell University. When Ayesha isn't turning up in her Mixxedfit classes she loves helping others in her role as a Life/Accountability Coach. Ayesha is also the Founder of "Sistas With Psoriasis", a support group for women of color with psoriasis. La'Keisha is a proud 21-year entrepreneurial veteran and "technista" with a passion for using technology to bridge communities. When she isn't managing Hive Vibes Zoom platform for virtual guests, or crafting a survey to get feedback you can find her advocating for self-care and kicking off wellness initiatives.
