Clients can log in to the app and browse local interpreter pricing, ratings, backgrounds and choose the interpreter that best fits their needs. Contracted interpreters can log in to the app on their own schedule, determine their own rates and decide what appointments to accept. The control is entirely in the hands of the client and interpreter. The client chooses when and where the appointment is to take place. The interpreter decides if they would like to accept the appointment based on the details provided. The Interpreter Marketplace app is designed to aid in effectively facilitating communication for limited English speakers or those who are Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing. We contract with professional, qualified linguists to provide on-demand interpretation services.
