We are a family business dedicated to the natural curing of hams, sausages, cured meats and cans since 1988. We work in an artisan way, as was done in the past, achieving a marked differentiation in our products. 🟡 We produce with high quality raw materials, from pigs under the Protected Designation of Origin "Jamón de Teruel", and other carefully selected white pigs. 🏠 The commitment to the territory has led our family, the Gómez-Gómez, to focus firmly on our land, our rural roots and on the preservation of what is authentic, the elaborations of a lifetime. 🗻 Not in vain, our name refers to the mountain range that our hams observe every day. Settled behind the windows that transmit the cold outside and that give them soul and character. ✳️ The trust of our customers has allowed us to grow and evolve, improving our means, with a clear objective of quality in our own production. We characterize ourselves by personalizing the service and strengthening long-term relationships. 🌎 We currently export almost half of our production, having a presence in 12 countries, in addition to Spain. Being these: Germany, Andorra, Argentina, Belgium, Chile, France, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom and Ukraine. ⚛️ With the 2nd generation, sustainability has been incorporated into our DNA, having implemented three major energy efficiency and environmental improvement projects. ➡️ Our products are characterized by their hallmark: careful selection of the raw material, Welfair Animal Certificate, natural curing, slow drying, low salt content and tradition, a process of care and patience. 🏆 Our DOP Teruel Ham, marketed under the "Jamones Perfecto" brand, has obtained the highest historical score in the Tasting Panel of the Regulatory Council.
