Kurtsan Wheel Hubs Industry, has been producing wheel hubs for trucks, trailers and busses since 1980. Kurtsan continue looking confidently to the future with the power fro the past expanding its production, employment and production, employment and product range with each day. by the addition of high quality SKF, FAG and Timken bearings and wheel hub assemblies to the product range in its new factory located in Konya Industrial Zone 4 with 20.000 squaremeter area. Kurtsan is now unique with more than 650 different wheel hub applications for all types of commercial vehicles. Automotive aftermarket leaders and OE manufacturers has been using well known Kurtsan branded wheel hubs for 39 years. Kurtsan had made more than 10.000.000 € investment for the new land and factory of 20.000 m2 and for the new full automatic cast iron molding line with a capacity of 500.000 wheel hubs per year, full automatic casting sand preparation / controlling unit and 3D CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) in 2016. Kurtsan made agreements with world famous bearing brands; FAG, TIMKEN and SKF to assemble and use their wheel bearings in Kurtsan wheel hub units as the authorized partner of above mentioned premium bearing producers. Kurtsan has the strong dealership agreements with more than 80 well-known companies. Kurtsan's products, where machines of the latest technology are used during the production stage, have reached with the contribution of the qualified personnel who are specialists in their fields and the quality standards have been proven among the leading in the field with ISO 9001:2008 Management Certificate from Bureau Veritas. Furthermore, Kurtsan's commitment to the environment and human health, had also been proven by Bureau Veritas with ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certificates. Kurtsan products, among the most wanted in the sector, are produced from the stages of molding, casting, machining, painting, final controlling and packaging in the own plants.
