MAFY-valmennus is specialized in teaching mathematics and natural sciences. We are growing fast - we employ 17 people full time and our revenue growth for year 2016 is approximately 100%. Our main focus is developing Mafynetti learning application for upper secondary schools (lukiot) in Finland. The reception in the schools have been really intrigued and several have already decided to use it in their courses in autumn 2017. MAFYnetti application includes: - learning features and monitoring tools - theories and assignments for courses in above mentioned subjects - guide how to learn deeply, study efficiently and manage stress So far our main area of business has been organizing preparation courses for the entrance exams in the Finnish medical schools and universities of technology. We also organize teaching for the Finnish written examination for higher certificate (yo-kirjoitukset in Finnish). Since we use MAFYnetti in these courses, they allow us to gather extensive feedback to relentlessly develop better application, materials and teaching. That is one of the reasons why we are top performer on the market. As an organization we are flat and multi-disciplined. We are constantly improving ourselves and our practises since one of our defining factors is that we are genuinely open for any kind of feedback. We believe that giving autonomy to our team members and taking care of their well-being is one the keys for success. We are curious individuals who are not afraid of doing things differently.
