I specialize in personalized tutoring for Estonian, English, and Russian languages, covering levels from A1 to C1. Additionally, I offer tutoring in math, physics, and chemistry. Furthermore, I provide IT courses for both children and adults. I work as a mathematics teacher at the Tallinn English College and Tallinn French Lyceum, teaching students in grades 6, 7, and 9. In my doctoral studies, I focus on the impact of real-time adaptive feedback in hybrid learning, exploring its connection to learners' self-regulation, teachers' workload, and assessment practices. I earned my master's degree in Business Information Technology from Tallinn University of Technology. For my thesis, I developed a learning platform that significantly improved my students' national exam results by an average of 15% in mathematics and 12% in Estonian. I also examined the impact of gamification on the learning process among both children and adults. I obtained my bachelor's degree in IT Systems Development, also from Tallinn University of Technology.
