Michael Taylor Designs sells custom indoor and outdoor luxury furniture through the most successful designers in the interior design trade. The company maintains five showrooms; Los Angeles at the Pacific Design Center, San Francisco at 155 Rhode Island, Chicago in the Merchandise Mart, New York in the D&D Building, and Miami at the Design Center of the Americas. The company's products are inspired by the work of noted designer Michael Taylor. Taylor created the California look which combined elements of the outdoors with classic European design. Michael Taylor Designs has made two substantial collection introductions for Spring of 2011. The Arcadia Collection designed by Fisher Weisman exclusively for Michael Taylor Designs is a complete outdoor collection of lounge and dining options meticulously crafted and featuring sophisticated finishes. The Arcadia collection was inspired by a leaf in a Northern California's wine country and then shaped in an art studio in San Francisco; culminating in the dramatic leaves characteristic of the collection. The interior Tasso Collection features new dining table options, a writing desk, case goods in addition to two new dining chair options.
