Mifuma In July 2012 Mischfutter Werke Mannheim launched ‘Mifuma', an extra brand of quality feeds for livestock, poultry and hobby animals. Mifuma feeds are made on the basis of the latest scientific advances and 45 years of know-how in the feed sector. The Mifuma line allows Mischfutter Werke Mannheim to extend its market. Supplied in attractively designed bags, this quality feed is intended for rabbits and pet rodents, poultry, pigeons, horses, cats, dogs, pet birds and ornamental fish. Professional breeders of rabbits, poultry and pigeons as well have come to appreciate the Mifuma feed range. The success of Mifuma is also steadily extending to breeders of cattle, pigs and poultry. The Mannheim production unit supplies bulk feed as well as bagged feed. Mifuma bulk feeds for livestock animals and horses are also manufactured at the Hombourg site (Belgium) of Dumoulin, a subsidiary company of the AVEVE Group. Bagged feeds are delivered in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France and Luxemburg. Bulk feeds are delivered in the following lands: Bavaria, Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate and Rhineland. The Mannheim site has an annual compound feed production capacity of 140,000 metric tons of which about 40% for cattle, 20% for poultry and 15 to 20% for pigs. The rest are hobby feeds. Mischfutter Werke Mannheim relies on more than 200 different formulas which makes it possible to provide custom feed to livestock farmers.
