The vision After studying computer science over 20 years ago, I started working in the world of work full of motivation and anticipation. I wanted to make a difference, wanted to accelerate. However, I quickly realized that most areas are very inefficient. In very few cases, however, it is the people themselves, but rather the use of unsuitable, standardized software tools. So it quickly became clear to me where my path should lead me. By founding my software company NP-SOLUTION more than ten years ago, I had the opportunity to actively change this topic and help many companies with a well thought-out concept.
