Oldach Associates, LLC. has been established in Puerto Rico for over 60 years. Founded by Mr. John Oldach as a Manufacturer's Representative and later purchased by Mr. Giancarlo Brito in 1987, Oldach Associates LLC. as it stands today, represents one of the largest HVAC parts and equipment distributors in Puerto Rico, whose ownership falls between partners Mr. Giancarlo Brito and Mr. Felix Campos, graduate engineers, with vast experience in residential and commercial air conditioning & refrigeration. Corporate Headquarters are located in the Metropolitan Area of San Juan Puerto Rico at Las Palmas Industrial Park in Cataño focusing its efforts in the distribution of residential and commercial air conditioning, refrigeration, industrial cooling, ventilation, water treatment, replacement parts, installation materials, and air & water filtration. Some of the brands Oldach represents include Midea, MDV, Fujitsu, Panasonic, Armstrong, Comfort Breeze, Allied, Ducane, Danfoss Russell, Loren Cook, Evapco, Tuttle & Bailey, Pottorf, Anemostat, Tek-Air, FHP, Reznor, Multistack and many more, depending on the market/territory. Building infrastructure sums over 15000 square meters divided between office, warehouse, and showroom spaces distributed in thirteen buildings strategically located throughout Puerto Rico, St. Thomas (USVI), Orlando FL, USA, and Panama. Two main divisions lead the sales efforts at Oldach: The Residential & Light Commercial Group and the Commercial & Industrial Group. Both divisions have vast experienced personnel and resources to attend customer needs in the HVAC industry.
