Pop & Rest is all about maximising the potential of under-utilised building spaces. We convert under-utilised commercial spaces through our tech-enabled solution and equip them with our custom-designed sleep & meditation pods. Due to Covid-19, currently, we run just the one location in Old Street, London. The space is available for both day bookings and overnight stays. Previously, we also had a Holborn location that featured 3 mini-suites and was available for a daytime nap and relaxation stays (typically between 1 and 4 hours).
