Procordia is a privately held Greek company established in 1999. Since 2008 Procordia has been the authorised service partner for LG Electronics, repairing more than 70% of the total repair volume of the Korean brand in Greece. In numbers, this is more than 36.000 repairs on an annual basis. In December 2009 we opened our new service facilities in a dedicated 500m2 space, located in Krimeas str. near Katehaki metro station in Athens. The installation mentioned above meets the highest industry standards, is ESD compliant, and all procedures are under ISO 9001 certification. In 2012 signed a new contract with ZTE Telecommunications for service in mobile terminals. Our technicians are highly skilled, with long expertise in repairing handsets from LG and various mobile brands like Nokia, Sony Ericsson and Motorola. Combined with solid management and continuing education, they provide top-of-the-line services regarding speed and quality. Our re-repair rate is below 1,2%, and our current repair turnaround time (RTAT) is 1,17 days. The portfolio of services that Procordia can offer today can be tailored to the specific needs of any manufacturer. Our range of services includes high-level repairs and reworks as well as refurbishment for all kinds of electronic devices, different collection options and reporting. In March 2017, in cooperation with Huawei, we launched the first Huawei Exclusive Service Center in Athens. Repairing more than 80% of the total volume of Huawei devices In Greece, the Huawei Service Center has become the most efficient and customer-friendly repair centre in Greece. Since April 2021, Procordia has been Greece's Authorized Service for all HONOR products. In March 2021, Procordia signed a new contract with LENOVO to repair laptops and all Motorola mobile phones. Since June 2024, Procordia is the Authorized Service Center of Realme in Greece.
