Our Guarantee We provide solutions and we are here when you have issues such as warranty or repair. If your product happens to be faulty and is under warranty we will honour all of our manufacturers warranties and guarantees. We will handle all issues as swiftly as possible. We will determine whether it can be repaired and if not it will be replaced or refunded. We will keep you informed about the progress of the issue with our tracking system. If you are not fully satisfied with your product or you have simply made the wrong purchase, we will refund the complete amount up to 3 months after the purchase.
