Pupil Pathways helps professionals in schools, local authorities and multi academy trusts to collaborate to create personalised pathways that help every child reach their fullest potential. We believe that early information leads to early intervention. Pupil Pathways provides a secure, GDPR-compliant, consistent way for schools and local authorities to share and access comprehensive pupil information. In doing so, we support schools to meet each child's individual needs and help them thrive in education. SixIntoSeven, our trusted transition service, enables primary schools to safely share pupils' SEND, pastoral, wellbeing and attainment needs. This allows destination secondary schools to start early preparation and intervention, giving each child the best start at secondary school. Our new service Foresight empowers professionals to promptly identify pupils' needs, enabling timely support and intervention for children at risk of exclusion. Foresight facilitates collaboration between schools and local authorities to develop and implement tailored support packages and keep track of vulnerable children.
