Nous sommes une distillerie artisanale et familiale au cœur du vignoble Nantais. Ce projet est le fruit d'une collaboration entre un père et ses 2 fils pour vous partager une gamme de rhum biologique. Notre objectif est de pouvoir vous proposer un rhum distillé de façon traditionnelle à l'aide de notre alambic a bain marie de 130L. La rhumerie souhaite mettre en valeur l'implantation locale du vignoble Nantais, l'artisanat par une production premium, unique, à volume limité et le respect de l'environnement avec une production biologique.
