I am a native French speaker from Paris (now living in Florida) with a passion for teaching the French language. I teach French online. I have 7000+ hours of experience teaching French. I have been working with beginners to advanced students, from 10-year olds to 76-year olds. I help individuals in their French-learning journey, whatever their needs or motivations. I also help middle-school and high-school students have a better understanding of the French language and get better grades. My classes are a mix of theory and practice with a lot of attention on pronunciation. To be able to replicate the French sounds is crucial. It doesn't need to be perfect but good enough to be understood by French people. The goal is communication! If the student has studied some French already, I check their real level by asking them simple questions so I can see what they understand, how they pronounce the French sounds, and how their grammar is. This allows me to pinpoint their weak points and to address them right away.
