Sprout Tasmania is a not for profit organisation dedicated to supporting and empowering local small scale producers to farm and grow ethical, sustainably produced food for our local Tassie food system, with positive outcomes for people and the environment. Sprout is run by a volunteer board and three employees, whose shared aim is to connect consumers to local, ethically produced, great tasting produce and to advocate for, and support, producers who produce and sell ethical, great tasting food.
