The Organic BOHO concept was created, by Karina Nayja Bruun - in the small Balearic Island Ibiza in southern Spain. Karina decided to move to the island after her 15 year long relationship ended and she was diagnosed with severe stress symptoms. She quit her job in the Danish fashion industry and set out to live a holistic life and to find her true calling in life. She was inspired by the island's great work in sustainable and holistic living methods and was quick to combine this way of life with her great passion for healthy vegan cooking. She began to arrange raw and vegan cooking classes for kids in a small organic farm to test and develop her recipes and soon found that the interest for the vegan and raw food was great!. All humans leave a resource constraining foot print, in almost all our actions every day. Our planet and health is already suffering tremendously due to our actions. This concerns how we eat, use water, use power, transportation and recycle etc. By 1st of august 2015, we already used our planets resource budget - which means, that we are right now, living on resources that we don't even have!. *If we don't reach WBCSD or UN's Sustainable Development Goals, we will end up needing the resources of 2,3 planet by 2050 to feed our population of 9,2 billion people! This math is indisputable……….. It simply cant be done! Because we at The Organic BOHO - are committed to minimize every human's resource constraining foot print, by creating sustainable, delicious, vegan food and CSR. By doing this, we will not only improve human health, positively impact climate change, conserve natural resources, and save animals, but we will be educating people on both nutrition and how they can contribute, to minimize their resource constraining foot print and here by, play an active role in saving our planet. Living a healthy and sustainable life, is NOT a trend - but a way of life, for the rest of our lives….
