The Warrior Dog Foundation is a nonprofit organization established in 2013 by former Navy SEAL Mike Ritland. It also supports handlers, helping them cope with the transition after their K9 partners retire. Since its inception, the Warrior Dog Foundation has assisted approximately 170-300 K9s, addressing various retirement needs and responding to a growing demand for its services.
